Fridays *5* Fun Facts … {NCP personal}

I am starting a new thing over here at the  NCP blog.  I think it builds better relations if you actually know a little bit about the person behind the camera.  So from this day forward, every Friday I will be posting five  random facts about myself and Niccole Carol PhotographyIt is going to force me to talk a little about myself, rather than asking all the questions about you, and your families :) .  So without further ado, welcome to Fridays Five Fun Facts …

1.  I LOVE, and I mean LOVE Boden & J CrewThey are my favorite places to send people when they are looking at how to dress for a session.  Color, texture, and layers  – go check the sites out.  I bet you will fall in love with them too. Both of their children’s sections are to die for.  See For yourself … these are a couple of examples from Boden.

2.  I am becoming more and more afraid of heights the older I get.  I never use to be … I jumped out of airplanes for cripes sake.  But ever since my children were born I am scared to climb almost anything.  I can’t even hardly go up a ladder without my knees getting weak. What’s up with that ????

3.  I am a selective crier … I can never get through an episode of the Biggest Loser without crying.  I don’t cry easily in real life, but give me a sad book or a sad movie and I cry like a baby.  The last move my husband and I went to, I knew I was in for it when … the 1st preview (yes I said preview) had me in tears.  My DH just looks at me and shakes his head and smiles.  Although I have to throw out there that … I may cry at movies but I DO NOT cry as HARD as my sister does  (love ya Lisa  :).)

4.  I am throwing around the idea of re-branding … what do you guys think?  Maybe changing my colors and my logo.  Leave a comment and let me know your thoughts:  color change  (yes or no)   if so what colors … new logo (yes or no) – I knew I could count on all of you for feedback ;).

5.  When I was pregnant with my youngest, I wanted a boy.  Why?  Because that is all I knew.  I wanted a boy and that was that.  So the day of my ultrasound came, and the young woman told me … It’s a girl … WHAT?  A girl … it was never in my thoughts she might actually be a girl.  All I have to say today is … thank god she is mine.  Thank god he gave her to … ME.  She is amazing, and I could never imagine not having a daughter.  Although she is stubborn, and cranky at time ( as you will see below- she HATES when I want to take her picture )  I LOVE her !!!

Until next time … Nic

PS – don’t forget about the SENIOR SPECIAL going on until next Thursday:)
